Airbnb Villa, Aruba, the Caribbean

This holiday villa was built in typical Aruban “Cunucu” architectural style, a countryside home. Aruba is a tropical island with lots of sunshine all year round and enjoys a pleasant breeze. It has spectacular white sandy beaches with turquoise water, so it was important that the villa took advantage and showcased all of these.

The aim of the design was for guests to feel relaxed and comfortable in order to enjoy their utmost holiday time at the villa. Focus on the scheme was utilising the outdoor space where most of the time is spent. A natural stone pool deck was installed, and lush gardens were created with fairy lights at night.

The indoor space was layered with combination of colours, patterns and textures to make the villa unique and interesting.
