We were appointed to furnish and dress this gorgeous flat, which had been renovated to a high standard a few years back. The purpose was to make it ‘move in ready’ for bespoke lettings. Bayswater is a central area of London, in close proximately to Notting Hill, Marylebone and Mayfair.The aim of the design was to cater for busy professionals who want to enjoy a contemporary, luxurious and relaxing space for when they return back home after a hectic day. We went for a colour scheme that included a mixture of vibrant colours of burnt orange, green and gold.
As you come through the front door the scene is set with a unique brass chevron pattern sideboard along with an antique framed mirror.
The living space was a bright south facing balcony overlooking Sussex Garden. The dark green velvet sofa sits on top of a shimmering geometric pattern rug, which has a distressed look and a modern twist. A mismatch of seating was arranged to create a more casual and fun look. The walls were dressed with a collage of art and mirrors. With the abundance of colours in the lounge area, we toned things down by using a neutral palette for the dining chairs and table.
The master bedroom enjoyed the combination of brass, midnight blue, marble and velvet with bespoke cushions to provide a luxury finish. The second bedroom enjoyed a monochrome look with accent of gold. Wave draped curtains were installed in both bedrooms to create a neat and stylish finish.
